LifeStent FlexStar Offer Longest Peripheral Stents on the Market

C. R. Bard Inc. offers the LifeStent FlexStar and FlexStar XL Vascular Stent Systems, which are approved for the treatment of occlusive disease in native superficial femoral arteries (SFA) and proximal popliteal arteries. The stent comes in a length up to 170 mm, the longest commercially available in the U.S.

The FDA cleared the stent systems in February 2009.
